Cranberry Pops

Last preparation day before our Thanksgiving feast. Today we made a treat for the luncheon. I found the recipe in one of Mailbox's great issues.

To make this treat you need:

1 cup of plain yogurt

1 cup of chunky applesauce
1 can of cranberry sauce--the jellied kind

Put all the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix them together with a mixer until well blended. Pour the mixture into ice cube trays. Cover the trays with foil and push in a popsicle stick. Finally put the trays in the freezer.

We haven't tried these yet, I'll let you know how they are.

I won't be able to write about how the feast went until after Thanksgiving. My husband and I are finally getting to celebrate our 25th anniversary--no internet:).
