You may remember I posted an article about bottle cap creations a bit ago. I had a reader send me an idea about bottle cap drawing, Gisele. Well when I first read the title of her submission I had a certain idea in my head about what it was going to be.
Here is what happened. I read Gisele's email and thought, "I'll do the bottle cap drawing." So without reading it, I thought I would get everything together. I ran out to the recycling bin--on the curb because it was pick up day--and rescued some different sized bottle caps. Then I went and got some paint and paper and spread everything out ready to go. Then I opened Gisele's email and saw it had absolutely nothing to do with paint and paper. That's what I get for jumping the gun.
Anyway, while I had everything out I thought I'd have some fun. I dipped the caps in the paint and made some circles on the paper. I then thought this would be fun when we do our circle in January--watch for the children's creations coming in January.

Loved the idea! :)
Just as addicting for the kids. Such a simple object and they can get such enjoyment from it. Looking forward to seeing what else you and the children create.

Love the idea! I have been throwing away laundry caps and have often thought there has got to be something to do with these other than just scoop and pour. Thanks!
