I got the cutest little gift from one of the children this year. I had never seen anything like it so I wanted to share it. I thought it would make a fun little favor for a winter birthday party, or just a great little gift to brighten someone's day.
Mrs. B made a cute little bag containing hot chocolate mix, snowman marshmallows, and a chocolate stir stick. The bag had a wonderful little poem in it too. She was also kind enough to throw in some Hershey Kisses. She sealed up the bag, and they were ready to go. Everyone in the class got one. Thanks Mrs. B!
Here is what you need:
zipper sandwich bags
packaged hot chocolate mix
mini-marshmallows (or shapes)
stir sticks
optional:
mint
Hershey Kisses
or any other yummy you can think of

Here is how the poem read:
Was told you've been real good this year,
Always glad to hear it!
With freezing weather drawing near,
You'll need to warm the spirit.
So here's a little Snowman Soup
Complete with stirring stick.
Add hot water and sip it slow.
It's sure to do the trick.
Take all your supplies and put them in the bag. Seal the bag and pass out to all your friends. Enjoy!

Those make wonderful gifts for the children - what a great idea.
That's one of my favorite gifts to give. My son gave it to his preschool teachers and friends this year. I put hot chocolate, hershey kisses, candy canes, and marshmallows in mine. I'll have to watch for those snowman marshmallows. They are so cute!

That is an excellent little treat! I may have to forward your link to some friends I work w. on a volunteer site. We do some cheer bags now and then and that would be so fun! Thanks!
That's so sweet!

This is such a cute idea. We make out own hot chocolate and just learned to make marshmallows so I'm thinking next Christmas this would make perfect parent gifts. Thank you for sharing. I'll keep this post to remember next year. Take care and God Bless.

This is such a cute design. We give somebody no option but to elsewhere own ardent chocolate and righteous learned to give somebody no option but to marshmallows so I'm thinking after that Christmas this would give somebody no option but to improve close relative gifts. Thank you designed for sharing. I'll keep this pillar to remember after that day. Take protection and God Bless.
